Life is great !

Bill and I reached the final step on my fiancee visa application stuffs.
The interview is already scheduled, and what we need to do now is to get the medical exam done, and fill in some papers, prepare some evidence of our relationship, purchase our air ticket and just get interviewed !!

We are so excited, and we are really looking forward to go to Guangzhou to get interviewed.

I'm confident that there will be no problem for me to answer all the questions, shoot it and I'll give u quick answer ! Yay !

I can't believe that in a couple months I will be back in Indo, and less than 6 months, I will be living in Seattle.
I will be legally married, and I am thinking to get Wynn attached as my last name :)
How great is that ?!

Well, I've been through hard times the past couple years, but here I am, still standing, stronger than ever !
So, if you are going through hard times in ur life.
Just keep on believing that it will be okay.
It won't last forever.
And once u get through it, u will be stronger !!!

This year we didn't do ANYTHING for CNY.

On the day time, we took the dogs out to the park.

Harry, a mini collie,he is Chase's (my colleague) dog who stays with us from 10-16th of Feb.

Yay !

In the evening,

We just ate dinner, then we ride bike to see people lid up their firecrackers and fireworks.

Around 23.50, we ran outside to experienced the war zone, since there are soooo many firecrackers and fireworks, it was super duper loud.

It was scary too, because some people just put their firecrackers and lid them without really paying attention to safety.

And when we went out last night, it was snowing ! :D

And Today ??

We practically did nothing.

Just went out for dinner at Korean Restaurant. Happy Valentine's day ! <3 <3 <3

It was raining and gloomy and cloudy. COLD !

I read so much about diagnostic ultrasound class, I even email the college to ask some questions about the program.

So, I might do it. :)

I have an interest on it. We'll see.

F.O.B

So this summer, if everything is well, I will be moving to US.

I will be a Fresh off the Boat (FOB), which according to Wikipedia means :

Fresh off the boat (or "F.O.B.") is a phrase used to describe immigrants that have arrived from a foreign nation and have not yet assimilated to the host nation's culture, language, and behavior

Yes yes, with my -I'm-so-cute a.k.a sok imut way of dressing (printed shirts, monkey hat )
and my strange yet very Indonesian English accent which only Bill can 95% understand)

Like if I don't say anything, I might not be looked so FOB (that if I only wear a plain shirt and jeans). 

But once I open my mouth, and people hear the way I speak, either the accent or the way I arrange my wordings, it is obviously I'm a FOB.

Am I worry ?

Yeah, a little (no, actually a LOT !!)

What if people don't understand what I'm about to say ?

What if they laugh at me because of my accent ?

What if they thought I'm somewhat retarded ?

 *ouch !*

Bill said it won't happen, because people in US are used to immigrant.

But still, even he laughed at me when I pronounce something wrong, like how I pronounce Avocado before.  T___T"

I can speak English, it's just not that great....

That's why among foreign friends (especially if they're American-British-Australian, because they're native English speakers) I will speak less, a little bit worry, I suppose 

*try to imagine me not talking !!!!! such a chirpy bird as I am !*

We'll see how it is next summer. 

Hopefully not as worrying *read : scary* as I thought it would be.

And I might apply to a school if I can't get a job rightaway.

We'll see.

It's just the thought of the day....

 

We're excited !

We're both excited to start our new life together, next year.
He is excited to experience his old living place with the new person (Me!)
and I'm excited to experience the new living place with the old person (Him!)

We talked about it all the time.
What we will do, where will we buy our funiture, what we want in our house (we both want bean bag!), where should we celebrate holidays, how we're going to take our dog on a walk.
It is all very exciting so we're end up happy whenever we talk about it.^___^

It will be an interesting journey for me, to get to a new place, and get used to it.
And great that he is as excited to introduced and teach me how to survive on his land.

We're happy together :)

Quit my job
      I am looking forward for this one !

Prepare my wedding
     I will be getting ready to be the princess of the days, book the venue, foods, get my wedding dress made (kebaya, oh I loveeeee), get the souvenir, buy my ticket (and my family's) to the States, busy busy busy.

Getting married
     It's the BIG day !! Finally it will happen

Apply for a green card
     And find a job ASAP after it's granted

Move to USA
     Of course, after the marriage and everything

Change my name into Wynn
     It will become : Georgiana Natasha Marinska WYNN

Learn lots of things
Make new friends

New journey ahead, and I'm so excited !
