Technology brings far become close, and close become apart

It's ironic how computer and internet connection could bring those who are thousands kilometers apart to be close together,
and those who are close to be apart.

It's funny how we could talk with our friends on the IM for hours,
but we can't even talk with our life partner for even an hour.

It's interesting how we could stare on our computer screen endlessly,
but look away from our partner in count of minutes.

And yet, I am here with my computer.

Ironic !
